I ordered online and asked for ASAP pickup which was 20 plus minutes. When I arrived about 2 minutes before the guarantee time, I let them know I was there. I continued to wait over 10 minutes. As I was waiting other customers ordered in store and got theirs before I did. When I asked for my order again, I was given a snarky response with an eye roll that it was almost done.
