I did a mobile order and came at the time it said I should come (20 minutes later). My order had not even been started yet. I ended up waiting another 8 minutes until I received my order. I know times are challenging now, but I would have preferred that more time was added in with the estimation of when my order was to be picked up rather than waiting inside the store.
