Asked for granola on side, and extra banana... ordered online. Showed up, they said it would be another 10mins. Waited in car, came back and it still wasn’t ready. I sat down, and 4 people came in, ordered in person, and all left with their orders (made immediately after they ordered) before I got my 1 bowl. They ordered bowls and smoothies. I don’t understand why it took them over a half hour to make my 1 bowl... and they made it wrong!

Please let your employees know to wear their face masks correctly. The masks will do no good if they are worn below the chin and are not covering the nose or mouth.

I used the app and it said my drink would be ready at 1:50. I don't know if there was an issue with the app but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes and all the walk in customers received their drinks before me.
