Ordered ahead of time on the app. When I arrived after the estimated completion time my order was not ready. I waited 25 minutes at the location for someone to finally make my smoothie.

We used the app to submit our order, which has the option for "Third Party Delivery". It does not specify which company is to be used for that delivery. It gives no tracking information. We waited for close to 2 hours to have our order delivered. Upon the ~1:45 mark, we called your store to inquire about it. They noted that it had been picked up, but offered no other information. I was upset that there is no sort of tracking through the app. While I understand that your employees do not have control over the order once it is picked up, we would hope that your integration with other services would work more smoothly so this did not happen again. Your staff is always friendly, and tries to be helpful, but it was mildly infuriating that they offered no resolution until we got upset over the phone about it. I would advise updating the app, or removing the delivery feature in your native application all together and instead purely routing through Doordash and the like. Hi there - I didn’t receive the ginger shot that was in my order but didn’t realize it until my children got home with the order. It is not worth driving 15 mins to the store to get but please have a quality check for all orders so that it will make ordering more satisfactory. We love Nekter and don’t want to stop going but do expect to receive the full order that is paid for. Thanks much!

The staff doesn't wear masks. Not sure why. I would feel better if they started to as this is a requirement now county wide. Protect our food if they should sneeze or cough. Even breathe on it.
