Drink was great i was waiting by the pick up for about 5 mins nobody ever acknowledged or said anything to me but clearly saw me there. Someone else came in and came to pick up counter was helped right away. I finally asked and the whole time my drink had been ready. They did apologize and asked if I wanted a bag? I don't need a bag for my drink?

It was busy when I got in so there was a lot going on and it took a minute for them to notice me/get to me. Once they did though it was super quick service and my online order was done in less than 10 minutes after being placed. Orange crush smoothie was more like the consistency of a juice so thicker would have been nicer, but taste was great. The Popeye smoothie was a good consistency and while I did not prefer the taste my fiancée liked it (was her order anyway).

I love your product and the kids working there seem to be hard workers. A few suggestions to improve the customer experience.
1. Turn the music down. I love music too, but it’s so loud.
2. Clean the floors - looks like they need a good deep clean, especially around the edges.
3. Clean the pickup counter- maybe implement wiping it down and emptying trash every couple hours.

Always fresh. I love their Dragonfruit bowl and Protein Power bowl! It takes some time for your order but I've never been disappointed

I keep having trouble when I have ordered the last couple times. Somebody took my order one time and I had to wait for mine to be remade and last time I ordered through the app and when I got there they had no idea I had even ordered. So I had to wait for them to make my order again. I like going there, but I would like to see things run a little more smoothly.
