Nekter Juice Bar - Roseville

I had ordered online — no one greeted me at the door, and I stood by the counter for nearly 3-4 minutes before anyone addressed me. My order had been already made — I was disappointed in the timeliness of service from employees.

My online order was given to someone else or wasn’t made so I had to wait once I got to the store

Ordered online for pickup. I take a point off because when I walked in all employees were working hard but none of them looked up to make eye contact or acknowledge others who arrived. I waited at least 2 minutes before someone asked me if I was there to pick up. That’s fine but just say we’ll be right with you or give me hope that I’m not going to be standing there forever. Food was so good. Got one fro a myself and a friend. She loved it. Had never had it before.

I saw 3 inexperienced young staff who were struggling. They struggled Prioritizing their time. They stopped making orders to deal with a customer. One was stocking straws and no one was making drinks. They looked overwhelmed as orders backed up.

I ordered from the Nekter app, and my order was ready right on time, and someone helped me right away. Both bowls were delicious and refreshing!

Very busy time of day, but the crew handled the rush well and did the best they could.

I ordered the peanut butter bowl and it was not completed blended. Most of the fruit was frozen. The store it self was very dirty. The counters and floor both needed cleaning.

Good. I do wish you hadn’t gotten rid of kid sized though!

The açaí berry bowl was fresh and delicious. The pineapple coconut bowl was frozen. Not able to eat. Needs to be fresh every time. Costs too much money not to be made fresh.

Great products! I would just be curious to know if items are sugar-free (whether natural or processed sugars). I go to the store because I am very health conscious, and I would think like many others we'd want to know for example whether the almond/peanut butters, or plant-based milks used are sugar-free. Having that information available would be helpful.

Love the juices they make. Really recommend trying them. 2 things they could improve on; get cover for the blenders to dampen the noise level, have a dedicated cashier. 5 stars if they did the two suggestions .
