Honestly every time I visit it gets worse and worse. I mobile ordered, arrived maybe 15 mins after and it wasn’t ready but someone who ordered after I arrived was ready before mine. Then once it was made I saw it get placed in the fridge despite me being there. My name was never called out, I had to wait and ask again despite being a mobile order. Very frustrating. I waited about 20min in store despite having been a mobile order.

Smoothies and açaí bowls are fresh and not too sweet. Also friendly environment and friendly people.
Todays bowl was perfect! Fresh toppings and you could tell it was put together with intention. Last couple times I had blackened bananas and it had seemed as if it was just thrown together quickly! I was pleased today to see the quality in my fav acai bowl!

I ordered from door dash and never received my order. Not nectars fault at all. Just not a good experience.

I ordered ahead of time online so I could run in and out. When I arrived there wasn’t a line but I could tell they were busy. No one even acknowledged me. Finally a girl finishes the drink she’s making and calls the customer for it. I kindly step aside so they can get their drinks and I’m back to being ignored. Finally they ask who I’m picking up for, and she looks totally confused. She talks to another girl. They both are confused and finally tell me one tells me she’s starting it right then. What’s the point of ordering a head of time? I was even 7 minutes late for the actual pickup time. I was cutting it close because I was on my way to work. Now I know never to do that again, unless I have nothing to do that day. Sucks because The Buzz really is my favorite way to start my day on busy days.
