Never usually have an issue here I’ve been coming here for smoothies because I can’t have solid foods. I always ask for my drink double blended usually not an issue, Today a lady that looked like the manager or supervisor asked me if I wanted to drink water I said no I just want it double blended. As I watch them make it I see them blend it only once and I hear her audibly tell the employees when they ask for a double blended just use less ice because they want it watery. Upon hearing this I ask her is my drink double blended they both look at me she speaks over him and says yes they hand me my drink watery and not double blended. Dont understand the stubborn nature of the lady who micromanaged my order but it was pretty annoying as the drink was not only really watery, never usually comes like this, but they lied to my face. Terrible service.
Ordered The Buzz juice today and it was incredibly spicy. Way more than usual. I was unable to drink it. Please let me know how we can remedy the situation since I wasn’t able to enjoy the drink I purchased. Thank you!

I went to get two drinks today for lunch and my drinks had no flavor and to top it off they forgot my ginger shot, since I was at my lunch I called to obviously complain and no one answer and there’s a voicemail and no one reach out to me since the drink was my lunch I didn’t have enough time to go back.
I like Nekter, though I find them a bit pricey. They are still one of the better acai bowl places. This Nekter is very clean with friendly staff. Though they seem to never have the vegan brownies in stock, which is sad cause those are amazing. All in all wayyyyy better than Jamba Juice, more vegan options, but not quite as good as Bowl of Heaven was (haven't been since the name change).
Always the yummiest bowls and the ladies that work their always have a hustle to their step and have a sense of urgency aimed at making customers happy!
