I am a regular at Nekter. Last week I had a bad experience with the bowls, they were prepared just terribly. Today I picked up my order and I was very pleased with my bowls. It had the right amount of acai, and the right amounts of fruit in top.

I placed an order to be completed by 2:45pm. I arrived at the store at 2:46pm 10/10/2021. My order was not ready. I didn't receive my order until about 3:05pm or so. Then when I return home I discovered that the juice that I ordered was not full and given the distance between my place and the store location it was not practical for me to turn back and inform the workers of the mishap. I love the company as a whole but this location has messed something up the past four or five times I've been there.
