Love all staff at the San Dimas location store is always well stock and clean, all staff are super knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Now about the wait I unlike other customers understand that they are making all bowls drinks from scratch so I totally get it I only rated an 8 because when there is no other customer and you can see its only yours it should not take as long but that's only happened to me twice,but I would love to add San Dimas store is always on point that's why now i only go to this location.

Girls were great, but a customer walked in & waited for a while while the girls were making orders. In my personal opinion greet the customer. You clearly saw her there & say ‘we’re finishing up some orders and will be right with you’.

Ordered online 30 mins before I picked it up and when I got there it wasn’t even ready. Then they made it and forgot like 3 of the ingredients in the bowl.
