I ordered an acai bowl and while I was eating the acai bowl. I bite down and discovered some big frozen strawberry chunk in my bowls. I was expecting Nekter to have working blenders when I went to order. This is really disheartening for to find these frozen chunks within my bowl.

Half of my mobile order was not ready when I arrived to pick up ..i couldn't wait . Was running late and was hoping it would be ready since it had been 20 minutes or so that I'd put the order in..I told her I would have to come back to get the juice another day

Sometimes the product is inconsistent. When I order a bowl it seems that when a new person makes it, I get lower quality and smaller amounts.

Overall, I love going to Nekter. However, the San Dimas location seems to always miss the mark in the quality of their juices. Always leave disappointed with my order.

We received the wrong drink. Drink received upon mobile pickup was completely different than what was ordered (wasn't even the same drink and included banana which we omitted in the special instructions). We were on time constraints so could not call or return to the store to let them know of the error.
