Customer service was poor today and they got my order wrong

Flavor of the items was great but the customer service was poor. The only saving grace was the young man working there that finally helped us and apologized about the wait. He was on the far side of the counter and assisted even though he was busy and there was a girl about 2 ft away for roughly 10 minutes that failed to even make eye contact with me. Even my 10 yr old who was patient knowing it was busy recognized that could have been handled better with even just an acknowledgement by the young girl.
