I am a frequent buyer of the açaí bowls… the service at the Rancho Cucamonga Store is great. I live closer to the Upland store in the Colonies shopping center- and do all my shopping there. I have given you feedback about that store previously - which was unsatisfactory- you gave me a free item - I tried there again- and used the free item a while back - still not happy with service / thought it was perhaps because it was a free item.. so have it another try last night - went in at 7:40 pm - 2 customers in the lobby and the employee yelled from the back counter- WERE CLOSED to me… even then other customers said to me… I thought you closed at 8:00 i- in 20 minutes.
Needless to say, I will not return to this location. Please do not send me a free item- that is not the purpose of this review. I will continue to happily give my business to Rancho Cucamonga happily.
Apparently my previous review of how poorly I was treated last time did nothing to this locations employees - maybe the daytime shifts are nicer.
Again- do not send a complimentary item- I don’t need that nor want that- I just want you to realize nothing has changed at that store.
