There was quite a bit of a wait since there was only one girl working the register, as well as making all of the orders (poor girl!), yet she still found time to be pleasant and patient with every single customer. :) I can feel the pressure she felt when the line got longer and longer, but she worked steadily fast and still found time to ‘smile.’

Order not ready when arrived, was put together within 15 minutes.
But also ordered 2 smoothies as well and had to wait quite some time for them. Only two guys working and there was a lot of people waiting. I've never seen this many people in here.. So not bad I guess

Good experience, but it seemed short staffed. The girls working today we’re doing their best to expedite the orders but it was very backlogged. I witnessed some potential customers leaving because they weren’t helped (or even greeted). I love the smoothies though!

The 2 watery and still frozen acai bowls didn’t taste good at all. While the service was good the ability to make decent bowls was severely lacking. For the amount a money you spend it was rip off
