I am a frequent Nekter customer but have found inconsistencies based on location. I picked up two smoothies in Rancho Cucamonga yesterday and they were very watery. They aren’t cheap and it’s incredibly disappointing when you don’t get what you paid for.

I didn’t catch the employees name but I placed an online order for pick-up at 9:45 this morning. The PB Mocha smoothie I got was absolutely delicious. One of the best drinks I’ve gotten at any Nekter location so far. I appreciate the employee making such a quality drink.

I'm usually pleased with my experience. However today, my order did not go through (I ordered online and went in to pick it up). I was ordering online so that I would not have to wait. The order was still good, but that was annoying.
