The manager, I believe his name is Jason, made my day. He was very friendly and recommended something new for me to try because I always get the same thing. I loved it. I had stopped coming to this location because I have had very poor customer service experiences and different staff members being short and rude so I was happy to have such a positive interaction my last visit.
The experience overall was good. I ordered online, by the time I got to the store I only had to wait a few minutes to pick my order up, while the employee was helping another customer out before helping me.

Only 1 person working so there was a bit of a delay, I was forewarned however.
I used the app to order, to customize it, and it was ready right away. I was also greeted when I entered, and I noticed my flyer was still up on the wall, which was nice.

I came to try the new berry summer smoothie bowl. I enjoyed it and it tasted great however due to me mobile ordering when I picked up I personally believe the waffles should be given separately so the customer can enjoy without the risk of them being soggy. However, the bowl was great and my order was ready before my estimated time! :)
