Fantastic. The guy (didn’t get his name) that made the bowl and helped me out was great. The bowl it self was really good. And he was super friendly when I had to go back in with my little one to use the restroom. First time seeing him at this location. My visit was on 8/2/25 and I picked up my order around 2pm so whomever that was working at that time had great vibes.

Great. Service is always friendly. Mobile ordering and in person is easy. I come here at least once a week. Sometimes more. I like the new selections. The app isn’t bad once you get use to it. TY!

Somehow the Rancho location always smells like a wet rag. I haven’t experienced this at other locations before. They either need to change the rag and/or water used to wipe surfaces more often or figure out why it always smells like moldy moisture.

The fact that I have to do this to get a response is horrific. I visited this place almost FOUR weeks ago and paid way too much for what quality I received, so I called…no answer. I then went to the corporate website and after 4 submissions and 8 emails and three weeks I finally get a response that the manager of that location and the owner will be notified and I will be contacted. Well another 6 days has past and I even left my number with a promise that the manager would get back to me. Yesterday, the did not answer again and I got a voice mail so I left one for a phone call by the owner…..NOTHING! I would have been happy with a redo of my Açaí Bowl, but now I want my money back and I will never ever endorse this company and for sure this location. You should not give this guy your hard earned money
It was my first time. So when I got there, they already apologized for a 10mins wait. I understood right away as they were only 2 staff working to all the orders & customers waiting. I believed if they were more than 2 staff, orders would be quicker. But overall, both staff were super great. They’ve got great customer service. And the juice were awesome too. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys for the great experience!
Good service. Only complaint is that prices are quite high for juices. Would appreciate more deals or coupons for repeat customers.
