Been back twice within the previous week. Great customer service! Gentleman in front is super nice

The service was great and is always great. Staff is friendly and assist me as soon as I get there.

I placed an order on the app, and when I arrived, the Nekter employee asked my name and said I was early. I told her it was fine and I waited. Then she went to give me two smoothies that I didn't order. I let her know that wasn't my order, and she then asked my name again. She then realized my order was in her fridge. Her demeanor was unpleasant, and that's the only reason I would think twice before returning.

All employees at that location are rude. Everytime I have gone in there it has never changed.

Dear Nekter Management, I’m a regular customer at this location and usually look forward to starting my mornings here. However, I need to bring something to your attention regarding the customer service experience. There is a young lady who works most mornings, and unfortunately, her attitude and demeanor are consistently rude and dismissive. I’ve tried to overlook it, as I understand everyone can have tough days, but this seems to be her regular approach. Each time I visit, I notice the same behavior not only toward me but also toward other customers. It’s reached a point where it makes me not want to come to this location anymore, as dealing with that kind of treatment first thing in the morning is very discouraging. I truly believe she would benefit from additional customer service training to help her better represent the Nekter brand and create a more welcoming environment. I enjoy Nekter and hope to continue coming here, but I wanted to share this feedback so the experience can improve for myself and others. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Staff was not friendly, I was not even acknowledged when I walked in, I was just handed my order ajd nothing else was said.

It was good as usual but I didn’t like the clump of almond butter…normally it’s blended in

My friend introduced me to Nekter. Her son introduced her and I have introduced Nekter to my husband and teenage son who is a baseball player. I have always eaten healthy and even so I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease many years ago at 38. I have almost died twice now. Chemo for 5 years damaged my kidneys and now I live with stage 4 kidney disease. My kidneys work only 20%. Nekter juices - the Green Apple Detox and Buzz are my favorites. I like them all. Your juices are my medicine and I live to eat. I visit Nekter 2-3x per week. Nekter is my new Starbucks. My last checkup after drinking Nekter consistently for one month increased my kidney function by 5%. I eat vegan now and I take a lot of meds. I use the detox cleanse to do an overhaul of my health. Sorry. This is long but I want you guys to know you’re doing a good thing here. I wish people took better care of themselves. What I wouldn’t do for a new kidney. Just trying to stay healthy and keep the ones I have. Thank you Nekter. You help me live. XOXO.

My order was made with excellent attention to my specifications and selections, and also presented with good portion and neatness. Another important aspect of the quality service I received was the flavor, which was very good and not made with too much ice that completely kills the flavor like some places do. Great job and keep up the good work!

Staff is great. I do not like though Popeye Açaí is no longer on your menu/or offered. I would buy more often if that was the case. Other locations I go to in High Desert still offer it.

I go here randomly when i feel like a sugary drink. The prices have gone up alot, never thought I’d pay $7 for a “mini” drink. America has become a joke. The service is great tho cant hate on the employees, it’s really the corporation problem. Would i recommend this place sure but don’t go often maybe once a month.

I love Nekter. One suggestion: ordering Peanut Butter bowl does not give option to add Blue Vanilla Cashew drizzle. How do add the drizzle to the PB bowl?

Had been there before and really enjoyed it. Took a friend on Sunday morning and was totally disappointed. The guy just quickly made it...you could practically drink it, it was soo liquefied. Will not go again!
