I placed my order online. When i arrived at this location i came in behind a group of girls who were ordering at the counter. I was not greeted and when i made my way to the pickup counter it was as though i wasn’t there at all. A man who ordered ahead of time walked in and to the pickup counter and was helped instantly. I have never felt so invisible. I love Nekter but i will not be coming back to the Southlake store

Walked in and no one said anything…I waited while some other girls ordered still no acknowledgement and then waited for about 10 minutes I went up to the counter to see what was taking so long and they looked in the freezer and pulled my smoothie that had been ready the entire time.
