Great but it would be helpful if you could make your app more customer-friendly and allowing substitutions on smoothies like cashew milk for coconut water, etc.

The staff is always so friendly and provide great customer service. I travel out for this location because they never disappoint. Today was no exception and the new smoothie recommendation was perfect. Thank you! I love Nektar!

The person who took my order & made the smoothie’s was so helpful & friendly. The smoothies were exceptionally good. I love this store!! I’m usually there twice a week.

To start: 99% of the time the smoothies are fantastic. They're so good their addicting and I've spent soooo much money here (mostly my partner has at my behest 😉). I'm disabled, been going through surgeries, and physical distress. I've become very underweight since solid food is tough for me and this place has been a godsend! Until today. I've been having pain from my adhesions so I requested a usual smoothie today: chocolate peanut butter with no dates. It arrived and it was surprisingly grainy and bitter, not smooth and sweet as usual. My partner called to tell them and it turns out it was the regional manager who made it and also answered the call. The manager insisted that they knew they made it correctly rather because they've done it a thousand times. They never gave us a chance. That hurt a lot. We love this place. I don't know how to go back.

My kids had a tummy bug and I ordered smoothies through the app. I added ginger thinking it could help them but they both thought it was too spicy and started crying. I ran back inside and they quickly remade me new ones and my kiddos were very happy with their (non-spicy) smoothies!

Called in a few times trying to figure out how to modify a smoothie to be Low Fodmap due to me having a flare up. I haven’t been able to eat anything but the young lady who answered the phone was very understanding and didn’t make me feel like crud for calling in a few times. She even went as far as telling me “it’s okay”. I am not sure if her name was madeline or if she was on Madeline’s till. Either way I am so happy and pleased with my order. I drove out here from near Decatur Texas (we were initially going someplace else). To that young lady, thank you, you’re appreciated, and keep up the good work. It’s hard to see people who are still enthusiastic about their work.

I came to this location and as soon as I walk in, the guy tells me it’s gonna be an hour and 15 minute wait. he does not say hello. And does not apologize. The majority of the time at any nekter location it takes a long time for them to make the smoothie or bowl, but it never takes over an hour. Needless to say, I left and wasted my time coming here due to this poor service.
