Absolutely delicious Açaí bowls and power waffles! This is my favorite place to come to get a bowl, they’re dairy free and always taste super fresh and light. The power waffles are also delicious, however sometimes they end up a little too over cooked for my personal taste. The atmosphere is very chill and there’s outside tables as well when the weather is nice.

Good overall. There was a glitch in app that didn’t allow me to see or use my gift cards. I arrived early for my pick up. Guys were nice and the açaí bowl was delicious!

Very welcomed. I got a bowl with no granola as i have a gluten and oat allergy and when i placed my order i called the store to inform them of my allergy. the lady that answered the phone was very proactive and even wrote “gluten free” on my bowl! I felt very safe eating it.

I love grabbing bowls from here. I’m happy the app is working properly now. Always great service and fast too!

My mobile order was ready when I arrived and the employee was friendly and quick to greet me and get my order. The order was good—banana was a bit too ripe but everything else about my açaí bowl was perfect!

My order is always prepared quickly and correctly. The people serving in the store are always friendly and working hard. The bowls are always delicious and hit the spot, especially when I need a quick lunch that is both delicious and nutritious.

I came to this location and as soon as I walk in, the guy tells me it’s gonna be an hour and 15 minute wait. he does not say hello. And does not apologize. The majority of the time at any nekter location it takes a long time for them to make the smoothie or bowl, but it never takes over an hour. Needless to say, I left and wasted my time coming here due to this poor service.

The bowls and smoothies are good. The fact that there is a 10% default tip on the app is laughable when the person in the store does not greet you, or even say an audible word to you during your transaction.

Always kind and nice. Bowls are always great and love their service. Wish the bowls were not as expensive as they are but they’re worth it.

Everything was great, but I had to re-order another açai bowl because I dropped it in the parking lot. Sad face!

Our bowls and smoothie were really good today!!

Once again, the standard peanut butter bowl without any add ons was missing the peanut butter drizzle on top which makes the bowl taste like peanut butter. More training is needed on the preparations of products. This is not a customized bowl and they routinely make it wrong.

I order the same bowl 1-2 per week. Half the time it’s not made correctly. For example, the peanut butter bowl is suppose to have peanut butter drizzled on top and most of the time it’s not on the bowl. It’s what gives the bowl a peanut butter flavor so not sure why this is frequently missed. I don’t notice until I’m out of the store and home so not worth driving back up there to fix. Makes me wonder if adding g boosts even get put in the bowls bc no way to know.

First time customers. Daughter loved her bowl. At $17/bowl we won’t be able to visit as much as we’d like to, but will keep coming for occasional treats. Thx
