Sometimes, not always, they mess up our order. Today, they forgot again to take off a topping on one of the bowls. I also ordered the granola on the side with another bowl and the granola was missing completely. It ***** to customize your order and then it's not right. It ruins it for you, and I don't want to have to double check all of the custom orders every time I am here. I expect them to do that and for the orders to be correct.

Bowl was good as always but website didn’t give me my 9 dollar bowl as I ordered online and it said 9 dollars but I paid more so as usual website just aren’t always accurate but quality was good on bowl I enjoyed

Tried to order buy 2 get 1 free bowls on the app. Noticed the I didn’t get the free bowl. Shop refused to be helpful about refunding a bowl. I suggested they could just make me a free bowl in addition to the 3 I was charged for on the order. Also no. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back.
Well I placed my order to be picked up at 8:15 AM on my way to work… I got to the store at eight and waited in the parking lot until 815. I paid for my bowl but at 8:15 I finally left because the store was still not open. I took a picture of my order and will go by there at some point but was frustrating-
In the grand scheme of things not that big of a deal and I hope the employee who was not there is okay- just thought u should def know.

I ordered a bowl with extra bananas that I paid 1.60 for. The order came with the normal amount of bananas. I removed green apples, so I figured the extra bananas would go there.
