Another great experience with Nektar Southlake! The app makes it super easy to order online and pick up. The staff are always so kind and friendly and the orders are always ready earlier than the promised time. The smoothies were delicious as always - thank you so much!

The bowls and smoothies are good. The fact that there is a 10% default tip on the app is laughable when the person in the store does not greet you, or even say an audible word to you during your transaction.

Great as always. My waffles tasted amazing, my smoothie was fantastic, the guys working were super nice and friendly and were working hard & fast to get orders out. Y’all were almost perfect. 95/100. The only reason yall weren’t perfect is that your app won’t let me order/ substitute the zero calorie sweetener. I know y’all have the zero calorie sweetener option as I saw it on the signs in store. But the app doesn’t give me the option anywhere when ordering my smoothie to substitute it for the agave. Other locations do give me the option. There’s a drop down that says “sweetener modification” but southlake does not have that option. I like to order ahead so I can grab and go. Customer service was great as always, food and smoothie great as always. It would be 100/100 if I was able to order the zero calorie sweetener through the app.

It was great! I took my smoothie to hospital with me and a doctor asked what I was drinking. I told her and she’s going to check out Nekter!

The smoothies were not blended well. There was chuncks of dates in the PB &J. The strawberry chia jam was left out of both.

Getting tired of businesses not taking CASH !!! You have to realize a cashless Society I an open door for the government to snoop/ spy in your business… Then they can shut your account down or put on hold… Any your answer to that is all they would never do that…… Yeah OK ….you go with that… ***Go over to the Tom Thumb complex to tropical smoothie Café they take cash in more reasonably priced !!!*** 100 W Southlake Blvd #80, Southlake, TX 76092
