I order from this location on a regular basis and the quality and customer service is ALWAYS excellent. On this recent trip I ordered my usual bowl and set for a pickup time. when I picked up the bowl was ready (I was 9 min later than my assigned time) but it was very soft. I believe that the bowl was not placed in the freezer (where they are usually when I pick up). When I arrived home (4 min later) I immediately put the bowl in my freezer to try and reconstitute it, and it was slightly better but as you know refreezing after a thaw does not really work. At any rate please do have everyone know that keeping them in the freezer/fridge that you guys have there is really important. If this was my first time ordering and I thought that this was the usual product I would NOT have returned. Hope this is useful!

Tried to order online (because it’s always at least 15 min in there) and it wouldn’t let me. I call the store to let them know it’s not working and a lady says it’s because they close at 7 and I can’t place an order online after 6:30. I told her it’s 6:22. She says “that’s strange, it should be working”. I ask if I can place the order by phone and she says they aren’t allowed to take orders by phone. I said okay, well I’m in a rush and can’t order online, I’m on the way now, can you please take the order for just one bowl? She replies “no, I can’t take orders by phone but I can make it for you when you get here.” Not sure when we stopped treating customers like actual humans but it’s amazing how poor service has become. Used to go out of my way to visit this place but I’ll just start going to the new place here in Trophy Club.

I believe it was The manager on duty who helped answer my questions and concerns. I ordered a smoothie bowl for someone who has an allergy. She was a huge help and very kind. I love Nekter for myself and customer service was great! I just can’t risk ordering anything else for my family member who has a severe food allergy to peanuts and nuts. But I will keep ordering for myself. Thank you!
