Well, the only thing I don’t like is the last few times I’ve gone to the Southlake location, my bowl is 3/4 of the way filled up instead of to the top like it should be, so that is very disappointing as this exactly why I stopped going to Vitality Bowls in Southlake. If this continues to be the way I get my bowls, I will stop coming there.

Asap on app was 20 mins ? Yet if you don’t order you wait 30 mins for a bowl .. with 3 people working

This is our favorite Nekter location… We always have friendly, prompt service, and the açaí bowls are the best!

Was a little slow but otherwise great. Wish there was regular açaí bowls, not just blends.

Everything was great except the frozen blueberries in our açaí bowels. Surprised we didn’t get fresh blueberries.

The customer service was great - my berry bowl was not that good. The bananas were old and the whole bowl was very watery - usually it is nice and thick.

I use the app so it’s very fast. I just walk in and get it. I do wish there were more promos and discounts. If I tip- $13 for a smoothie bowl is pricey!

Great staff and always great bowls. The other location ks hit and miss! These are always a great consistency. The staff is wonderful, quick, and friendly.
