The best smoothies! Also, the team always says hi and are quick to assist.

Had never been to Nekter before and wanted to give them a try. Downloaded the app from the link I received via text to “Claim your Free 16 oz. Juice or Smoothie” and went to the store to pick it up + some açaí bowls. The free juice/smoothie offer wasn’t showing up on the app, so I talked to the associates who then got the manager to help. He told me there was nothing he could do, that you have to wait “6 hours” for the offer to load on the app (???), so I’d have to come back the next day. The associates were very friendly (particularly the red-headed woman, I didn’t catch her name) but horrible customer service from the manager. Very bait-and-switch feeling — like it’s just to get you in the store so you’ll buy something. They got $32 out of me today, but I won’t be back so they lost out on recurring business. Disappointed. :/

Service is so quick and efficient. Biggest complaint is lack of value. $14 for a smoothie is ridiculous. Only on special occasions at that price. Can buy a full meal for that.

I’ve been here several times, the manager Raafi is very respectful with excellent customer service always welcome with a smile. Love the smoothies will definitely come back for more. Keep it up Snider Plaza’s manager & staffs!!!

I love Nektar because the food is great and affordable especially compared to other smoothie shops around the area. However I must admit, my last visit here was not super pleasant. I am not one to complain about interactions with workers, because I understand the restaurant business can be difficult especially as we adjust back to life post-pandemic. But I had a really uncomfortable and off-putting conversation with who I believe is the Snider Plaza location’s General Manager. He was rather short with me to begin with, and when I told him I had a code to redeem a free ginger shot from the birthday deal a few weeks back, he made some sassy comment about how the code didn’t work anymore but he was going to honor it anyway? Even though it clearly stated on my app that it was valid through the end of that day. I even told him that if it mattered that much I didn’t need the shot, but it seemed like he said it almost to guilt me or something, because he still gave it to me? I don’t know. But I just felt really off put by it considering I am the customer and if he really cared that much he could have just said it wasn’t valid.

This smoothie did not taste good. We ended up tossing it out which was pretty disappointing since with delivery fees it cost $20. I think maybe the strawberries weren’t as sweet or the oj was not fresh. We’ve ordered this smoothie many times before and this is the only time we’ve had this problem.

Great place for smoothies after the playground

A testament to customer service: I was sitting with some friends and accidentally knocked my smoothie over. After helping us clean up the spill, the manager came out and gave me a new drink, gratis. It was so nice of them and really added a smile to our experience there.

This place is alright specially if you are used to get good smoothies or juices else where at a local place or something similar but it gets the job done if you are in need of a juice store. They have 3 different sizes which is nice. I would give a solid 3 1/2 if I could. I still have to try the rest of the menu.

I drink Nekter smoothies every single day! Your store is out of the way for me, but to treat myself each week I order from your store because each time my smoothie is next level 😋 delicious and most importantly your staff is warm, inviting, amicable, available, kind, attentive - all in all amazing. Specifically Charlie! I just called today abt an order I had messed up the previous day and he kindly, calmly, and respectfully spent 5 minutes going step by step with me. As silly as it sounds, I get extremely anxious when dealing with similar situations. So I was pleasantly surprised when Charlie took the time to calmly select the store I wanted, time, and went as far as to telling me who I was going to pick it up from; as he knew all the names of all the employees. Wow! . Charlie’s grace has inspired my own patience and mindfulness when dealing with “difficult/undesirable clients/situations” of my own. Because of his small act of kindness and his empathetic brilliance, I will now allow myself 2 snider plaza Nekter days 😜. Thank you! Amazing customer service.

Busy but delicious. Good bowls and smoothies. 10/10 would devour again. Acai Banana berry bowl is like healthy ice cream

Best smoothies ever!

Great service, great courteous staff, great smoothies and bowls. The staff is hard working and it breaks my heart to see people that have money NOT TIP. These kids work hard and long. It is amazing how busy this place gets. What a great place to meet your dietary needs too!! Gluten free products available and pure juice, real produce. I drive the extra mile just to get a bowl or a smoothie. Try their Ginger shots too!! Body cleanse!! They will even customize your needs!!

Gotta admit, I loved what I got here. Definitely recommend the Pink Flamingo smoothie. It’s refreshing, light, and fun to look at! The shop is quite far away from me so I will opt for closer options in the future but that is no fault of the company.
