Hands down the best smoothies in Dallas! Fresh tasting, great customer service. The only downside is the parking in Snyder Plaza.

Every time I go in, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and my smoothies are always made correctly and delicious!

PB Smoothie was pretty runny, not thick like usual. only want to mention because it’s the only time it’s been like that.

The employee that rang me up had an annoyed look on her face the whole time as if she was annoyed to take my order and surprised I wanted to order. And the smoothie I got was gross at that.

I had missing items in my smoothie bowl as well as my ginger shot.

Nekter at Snider Plaza is AWESOME and HEALTHY!!! This is the only Nekter Juice Bar location I’ve been to. I gave a 10 for customer service! I prefer to place my orders online since it’s faster. It seems to me it can be a little longer wait if ordering inside. At times it can be crowded in a small tight space. The blenders are a bit noisy for my ears to stay very long inside the store. Recently placed a smoothie online order and see it has been improved. I found it easier to use and see the rewards on my online account. Overall, I love the smoothies and the friendliness of this Nekter and my friends and family know I do!

Overall experience was good this time. Our smoothie was made as we walked in the door, so timely, but not ready prior. The flavor was not normal. Not sure if it was because he was rushing to complete since I walked in, or if the recipe changed. It was not exactly the same flavor as normal.

I love Nekter and the app. One thing I'd love to change in the app is the ability to add or remove ingredients from your pre-built smoothies. Other than that, I love it.

Everyone at the store is great! However, I think you need to update your POS software. When I order my smoothie and ask to add blueberries and strawberries on the app, it is included. When I order it at the store, they try to charge me $1.00 for each. It's not a deal breaker, but it is somewhat annoying when I try to redeem a smoothie from the rewards program.
