First timer here! It was sooooooooo good! I was served by Madi and couldn’t be happier with my service. She was attentive and caring and I’m sure my smoothie was made with love. Also I usually have to translate for my Spanish speaking friend however Madi had no trouble speaking to her and giving her a great service experience as well. You don’t see that often. I know it’s just a juice bar but it was really beautiful to see that sort of care with ALL PEOPLE❤️❤️❤️🌍🌍

Google shows this Nékter Juice Bar location as closing at 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:57 PM — lights were still on and the “Open” sign was still in the window. I walked in and asked if I could place an order. The employee behind the register didn’t even look up and simply said, “No, we’re closing.” No greeting. No apology. No explanation. Just dismissal. If your posted closing time is 6:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect to be able to order until 6:00 PM. Turning someone away three minutes before closing — while the store is still visibly open — is poor customer service. Even worse was the attitude. A simple “Sorry, we’ve already shut things down for the night” would have gone a long way. If this location actually stops serving earlier than the posted hours, the hours should be updated. Otherwise customers who make the effort to arrive before closing deserve better than this.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the vibe in the store is always clean, bright, and welcoming. I love that they make it easy to eat well on the go — whether it's a green juice to start the day or an acai bowl for a mid-afternoon boost.

I really appreciate that they can make me straight fresh pressed celery juice. Delicious plain and simple.

The Best Choice on Natural juices and their Bowls are the best Ever. The price is well worth it. And great Customer Service. Place is always clean and very friendly staff.

I’m a fan of the fresh juices, the staff are always so kind! I don’t get out to snider plaza a lot but when I do I pay a visit for a fresh drink in a chill, low stakes, non-stuffy environment 💗 I love that if you put ice in your juice they’ll go up a size, so you’re truly getting a 16 oz, 24 oz of juice when they put it in a cup size larger

Great. I did redeem a coupon for my juice order but somehow didn't get it applied, so that's frustrating!

The juice was not made well. The people working there are not putting proper portions of the ingredients. For example my juice did not have any apple in it and no Kale was used. I think when they run low on an ingredient the owners/managers don't really care to refill and the workers are told to just fill the rest with celery juice. This is sad, I'm looking for a new juice place now : )

I wouldn’t go here for the atmosphere unless you like the sound of loud blenders and juicer but everything is made fresh, it’s healthy, and the team is always nice.
