Love the ease of pre-ordering, and have always been happy with the juices and bowls.

Arrived early order not ready but they quickly got the juices I had order. Staff was helpful and friendly.

As this was my first time trying Nekter Juice bar, it was perfect!

The reason I am giving 2 stars is not because of quality or customer service. It is because of the OWNER. I have been going to this branch for my juice for many months now and I hate the days when the owner is there. An elderly Asian lady who treats the staff like slaves. She is always yelling at them and speaking in a very bad manner. Just witnessed this same behavior again 2 days ago and I decided to write this review. I know this is a franchise, but I strongly believe Nekter has operating standards that all owners should abide by. If I see her speaking to the staff like this again, I will make it my duty to report her to Nekter company. Very Shameful...

Food and juice were great! Very quick and easy to order on your app!

Although these people use fresh fruit and vegtables, I would suggest you buy your own juicer. $17.00 for a large juice and $10.00 for a bottle of juice is not only outrageous....These people who own this place WON'T TAKE CASH. Please take notice, this is the way to slavery by the bank. Please so NO to "NO CASH"!!!!! For you and for your children!!!!!!! Boycott this business until they take cash also.

I wish there was a notification when the order was ready rather than just saying it will be ready in about 15 minutes. I came in about eight minutes and the juice had clearly been sitting for several minutes already

Nice people and really good bowls, smoothies, juices, etc.

Always a big fan of Nekter! I usually juice my own greens at home, but Nekter is the PERFECT alternative if I forget, get too busy, etc.

Better than expected— super fast! It would be nice if there was a spot to make a note (e.g., sub apple juice for coconut water), but I was able to call store and they were easy about it.

Nekter at Snider Plaza is AWESOME and HEALTHY!!! This is the only Nekter Juice Bar location I’ve been to. I gave a 10 for customer service! I prefer to place my orders online since it’s faster. It seems to me it can be a little longer wait if ordering inside. At times it can be crowded in a small tight space. The blenders are a bit noisy for my ears to stay very long inside the store. Recently placed a smoothie online order and see it has been improved. I found it easier to use and see the rewards on my online account. Overall, I love the smoothies and the friendliness of this Nekter and my friends and family know I do!

I was not made aware that they ran out of ginger so my Buzz juice was lacking flavor and if I had known I would have ordered something else.
