This was my first time ordering ahead, and I was very happy that my drink was ready at the time promised. I find when ordering in store the weight for drinks can be long and I don’t always have time for it.

I wasn’t greeted when I came in, and then I had to wait for a couple minutes for the employee to acknowledge me and ask if I was waiting for a pickup order. When I said yes, they promptly got my drink out of the refrigerator.

15-20 wait for online order is too long. It takes 2-3 minutes to make and there is no line. Asked for spoon and straw in online order but didn’t get.

This store … very nice people….. needs more opening employees there were 4 people in line and 2 people making the drinks. Estimated time was 9:48 and now it is 10:02. I put the order in at 9:33. This was such a time consumer and I have a job I was late to because this location was not prepared for a morning rush…
