The quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it is very good and other times the ingredient ratios are off. Often times, I believe entire ingredients are left out of an item. This last visit, and in the past, it seems they forgot to add whey protein to my power protein bowl.

Twice recently, when I went to pick up my order the store employee told me it had not been received. I showed my email confirming my order and the employee prepared the order from my email. The employees in both instances were great; obviously the system needs a band aid.
By the way: loved the new chocolate bowl.
