Arrived for pickup early & store empty. Waited patiently, though was in a rush for event happening nearby.
Waited for 15 min & watched 4 customers who came for walk-in orders get theirs before store was empty again & then finally got my pre-order.
Though friendly service & item was tasty, disappointed at the slow delivery & regret registering just so I could use the app to try to speed things up. It looks like it would have been twice as fast had i walked in 5 minutes later than ordering via app & i still would’ve gotten my drink 10-minutes faster.
