I don’t like the new self order pad and pay. Feels cold and impersonal.

Everything is always great with our order. We will come again, but this order left us wondering what was in our chia parfaits. My husband and I both had hard (not food) items in our parfaits. I had one piece and my husband had two pieces. They looked like maybe plastic or stone. We were going to call, but decided not to. We both spit the objects out before damaging teeth, so no harm done. Still curious what they could’ve been.

I’ve come to this location a lot lately and the service is always different. Some of the employees are okay with pretending there is no customer clearly standing there waiting for help. And some are great! In particular, Emily is always kind, friendly and extremely helpful! I really appreciated her going out of her way to help me!

You guys need more staff. Feel bad for your employees. Too much work for 2 people. Don't be greedy!

Loved it, staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive all with a smile and eager to help! Even made effort to relate to my daughter and I. Based off this visit alone we will come back! Great service!
