Today was a good experience! I ordered my drinks. They were ready shortly after my arrival (as planned). The drinks were delicious!! The young lady was pleasant.

I like coming to this location because it's convenient to work. The team is quick and business oriented and two of the staff members are friendly. Sometimes it would be nice to get more "hello" & welcome smiles or a "have a nice day" when leaving. I usually say it but get no response back. At least there are 2 associates in the morning that are nice; they are the reason I come back. Unfortunately I don't know their names but two guys; one Caucasian and one Hispanic, they are so cool.

The service has improved at this location 100% compared to post COVID-19. Prior to COVID, excellent service. I stopped coming for several years. I’m glad I am back although I miss the beet drink 😢. The young lady and gentleman today were professional and pleasant. Thank you!

Staff seems stressed and unhappy every time. Even though they have a shirt that says happiness. Even a little smile would be cool.
I love the smoothie which is the reason I keep coming back, but at times I am tempted not to.
