A bit annoying when I ordered online a 32 oz. smoothie and when I got to the store they hand me 2 small sizes and say “ we ran out of 32 oz cups.”Thanks! As I was heading out for a hike and didn’t want to carry one in each hand! I won’t be ordering here again! If they ran out of cups for the size I wanted it should have not been a option online to order. Right????Inconvenienced and no I didn’t want 2 - 16 oz. cups. I should have asked for a refund!

I placed an online order and arrived at the time the email said it would be complete. Literally stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come and help, nope. I had to wait for one of the workers to come and call out an order to ask if my order was ready, which it was. Poor customer service, do better. Won’t be back to this location.
I made an online order and got there at the exact time of expected order to be complete, I literally walked in and stood there for over 5 minutes, both workers making orders just looked and continued doing their thing. Only when the young man brought an order up did I have to ask if it was ready, which it was, but customer service was very poor. Won’t be back to this location.

Always quick and friendly service. They ran out of lids for the açaí bowls but were courteous enough to let me know ahead of time and also offer a to go bag. And of course, it tasted great as usual :-)

This appears to be a problem per reading other reviews. This is now the second time this has happened to me. Got here at 6:30pm. Doors are locked, workers just glare at you and keep doing what they’re doing. Waste of a drive. You should consider fixing this issue, if your employees don’t like your hours of operation, maybe they should get a new job? If your establishment states closes at 7. Close at 7, don’t start the closing process early so you can be out by 7. Not how it works.
