I submitted my order online. I’m new to the online orders, so I had a 26 minute wait. I kept checking the order and it kept telling me it was in process. When I showed up there was a worker at the counter. She was reading another order and did not greet me or say anything (which is fine but not welcoming). My order was/had been ready for a while. There was nobody in the store. I’m not sure if this is an app issue or a store issue.

The service was great! I feel like my order was wrong so I didn't like my drink but the service is always amazing! Definitely coming back even tho there was a mess up!

I love your restaurant, and usually don't have issues, but this last time I ordered a berry bowl and asked requested coconut flakes on top but they didn't add any.

I literally drive out of the way to go to this Nektar. The quality and taste are hands down one of the best Nektars around.
I've been wanting to write cooperate Nektar regarding the lack of quality and taste at other stores. It's a real shame to get such an amazing drink from one store and others not be consistent like this particular Nektar is.
