I ordered 2 large green apple detox for pickup. But that's not what I received. The employee set it down and left, and I was in too much of a hurry to say anything. The bottom half of the juice was red, but there are no red ingredients. Both were also missing ginger. I'm usually a satisfied customer and the employees are very friendly. But this was a very lackluster experience.

I love Nektar and I’ve always had great service. Today, I ordered two açaí bowls and got home to realize that one of the bowls was barely filled. I don’t know if someone new made and possibly haven’t been trained properly but I’m super disappointed that I paid about $10 per bowl to only get a quarter of the bowl filled up. I wish (and will moving forward) looked at the bowl before I left. I spend a lot of money at Nektar so this is so disappointing.

I like Nekter but the Chandler Fashion Center was a train wreck this past Sunday. The POS took forever to provide an order to that team there and as a result it took 45min to make 2 medium size smoothies at 2p. Team was down a staff member and it was busy..they apologized to everyone but me...not sure what that was about.

My experience was amazing. I ordered through the app for pick up. The store was out of a product I needed because the app has it but store did not. The associate who helped me offered to make it correct and offered me alternatives. I am not sure if I spoke with the manager or owner after but wow, I was treated so good, she was so apologetic and made it ok. I was so touched by how she treated me as I had been sick for weeks and I was trying to get your products to help my recovery. She is a class act and is representing your company so well. Thank you so much for this special encounter. You have no idea how special it was for me.
