40 min for a bowl- as a manager if you’re THAT understaffed just make the decision to not be opened. It’s unfair to every guest- and the workers too. I myself, know what it’s like to work in customer service and know how frustrating this can get. I’m just upset that the workers obviously aren’t getting correct treatment. And I’m upset that 6 other people got their bowls & juices before someone finally said, “I’m sorry what’s your order?”, just don’t bother being open, for the sake of your staff’s sanity, and the guests.

Great healthy food/snacks. Great shakes and protein options. Great season items on menu. Awesome place.

I don't know who owns this locations if it's individual franchise owners or what but they need to get their s*** in order for this location. They have an understaffed run under maintained operation going at this location. Their air conditioning is not currently working, while their staff is shorted so they're mixing and making mistakes on all orders right now because it's hard to work and then almost 90 degree environment. The help is usually great but they always seem to be overwhelmed because whoever owns this Branch doesn't seem to be caring about their employees over profit

This store gets " it " right. From smoothies to fruit bowls this is the hook up for healthy treats! 😊

Bowls were good, service was lacking both times we've went in.

Employees purposely gave me the wrong order and I tried to correct them about it and I received attitude. One of the employees lied to my face and told me that there was peanut butter "inside the acai" and there is none and I have pictures. Terrible customer service every time I go in.

Everything said open until 7, got here a little after 6 and the girl had the door locked and said closed at 6. Would have been nice to know before driving over.

The smoothie I had was delicious. The service good. Their collagen water — Tried it but just couldn’t finish it. The shots they sell... it would a heavy cold or extreme starvation to get drink that. I basically threw good money away.

My 16 daughter is disabled, she has a serious medical condition called Pots. Her blood doesn't move well and her oxygen levels plumber suddenly. She was having a hard time breathing and her blood pressure was plummeting and she needed something to increase her hydration immediately to bring up her blood pressure. I took her into this store cuz it was right next to us and they REFUSED to serve us because she cannot wear a mask! Total discrimination against a disabled American. I will NEVER go to a Melter bar again EVER! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

Hi actually i started going to this nektre recently and getting orange juice with carrot. Today i got my juice and observed the chilli flavor with ginger extracts. I told my cashier specifically just orange and carrot juice. Either they dont clean their juicer or care to make a clean nice drink. I come here every week to have a fresh orange not some chilli extracts in it. Please tell them to pay attention to it. And payinh money for healthy juice should be worth it. Thanks. Now i dont like my juice and i cant go back to complain since i got home and drank it . And couldn't find my recipet. 😔

Been here 3x and each time drinks are disappointing. Doesn't happen at other locations I've tried.

It closes at 6 pm not 7. Be aware.

The bowls here and Orange crush are super good but lately the quality has been lacking. The bowls have been very watery lately and bruising on fruits. Been a let down the past three times we’ve gotten stuff. UPDATE: Since the bowl was watery, I had to put it in the freezer for a while, and now while eating it, I found a hair in the bowl. Very unfortunate.

Clean place. Menu not to big which is perfect . They had 2 specials: cake or pumpkin smoothie. The pumpkin and Popeyes were delish! Fair prices. Handsome guy working was helpful and polite.
