When I got them my order wasn't ready and it was already 5 minutes passed my arrival time. The worker that was working on my order had no urgency and instead of just working on the order was chit chatting with the other workers. He wasn't friendly and never once apologized or anything for not having the order ready. As soon as he gave me my order, he went back to chit chatting with the other workers. Overall was very unprofessional

It was a great experience this time. The order was on time and the staff acknowledged me when I came up to the counter. She handed me my order and asked if I wanted a bag. She also asked if I needed anything else. 1st time in a long time since I had great customer service at this location. Wished I gotten her name.
