Usually the order is ready by the time stated. There were 2 people working up front but nobody came over at the “order ahead” counter. Understandably busy. Finally someone asked my name and they pointed to all the receipts of orders to be made. I went out to wait another 5 minutes. Came back in and now there is only one person working. Understaffed on a Saturday morning? Also my status shows completed on the app and it is not.

I placed a mobile order and I noticed inside, there was a swarm of people. I decided to walk around in the plaza until the rush subsides. I still arrived inside Nektar a bit early than my estimated-ready-time of my order. And although there was no one there, I didn't think much of the fact my order wasn't ready. Not only did the staff promptly make the delicious beverages they also gave me so much love and attention. They didn't even make a mistake or have order late or anything. They just felt bad it wasn't ready when I had arrived. I really appreciated it. Lately, I feel like fly on the wall and down. It definitely cheered me up when they acknowledged my presence. It was very kind. Thank you.
