First time I’ve ordered online waited until the time it should be ready, walked in and they had to start it. Just a bit frustrating when you’re tight on time. I realize things happen and otherwise it’s been great service.

My experience was fine. I did an online order and it was not ready at pick up time. Taste was also just fine not great. I ordered a protein bowl and it was watery and fruit not the best. I’ve had better in the past from the same location. All in all, I like Nekter so I would go again and still recommend it.

The staff was friendly and kind, I really appreciate that. My feedback is about the portion size. I have ordered from Nekter Irvine Blvd 3 times, and all 3 times, the portion was smaller, and the acai bowl runnier compared to those in Tustin, Quail Hill or UCI. Hopefully there can be some consistency from store to store. Thank you for your time.
