Service was friendly but it was a very busy day so I think they were a little stressed. We ordered ahead and got there a few minutes after the drinks should be ready but still had to wait about 20 minutes. There was an error with one of the drinks but they got us a new one. I think if it wasn’t so busy at that time/day there would’ve been no issues.

Drinks tasted very watery and got ice chunks. The banana was missed in my bowl (or I might have taken it out in my online order by mistake). I am comparing taste to how it was two years ago when I was last in Irvine. I will try out your shop one more time to see how it goes.

I absolutely LOVE Nekter! The staff is incredibly friendly and the smoothies and bowls are SO delicious! The app is easy to use and very convenient. I would definitely recommend Nekter to my friends!

Ordering online is really easy to place and pick up. I did notice that if I order in the morning I get everything listed but if I order in the afternoon I don’t get all the same fruits.

they ran out of bowls - gave me my acai bowl in a large cup - impossible to eat - had to move it to my own bowl - it doesn't taste good - skimped on toppings & granola - 1/2 what I usually get.
