The customer service provided was excellent. However, this location would benefit in increased staffing. Particularly during the months of April-August. As the weather gets warmer, more people will want to purchase smoothies and fruit bowls. Only having two people attempting to fulfill orders and take orders is simply not effective. Despite being severely short-staffed,the employees did their best and attempted to work as efficiently as possible. From a management standpoint you need to hire more employees or people will go to Starbucks insteads for a cool drink or Ralphs.

My order was placed online and was told it would be ready in 23 min. Order was not complete until 36 min. Store had not even started order when we arrived at expected pick up time. Staff made no apologies and made excuses. Yet customer that came in after us got their orders before ours. Very frustrating to wait almost 45 min from order time for 2 bowls and 1 juice.

It was good overall. It took a bit long due to the high number of orders on Saturday but I had no where to go so I didn't mind it. I usually don't like the way they make the Pitaya bowl at this location but this was the first time it tasted very good like the other locations normally make it.
