I love your drinks but I had to wait more than 30 minutes after ordering on my app to get my drinks. There were 2 guys working and I have no idea why it took so long since the store was not crowded at all.

I wish there was a way to request extra ice on the mobile order system. Also the Greenie start separating after a few minutes. The water separated from the green particles in the juice - which I realize happens, but not so quickly. This never happens to the ******** I order from the Irvine Campus location.

I always have the same issue with this woodbury location. Ordered a smoothie and it was not filled to the top, again. Even the guy who gave me my smoothie looked down at it and I know he noticed that it was not a full cup. However, he didn’t say anything and he just handed it to me. Great customer service would have been for him to offer to top it off especially considering there were zero other customers in the store. If the store were really busy, I would have understood but sadly there was no one else in there and the one person who was (me) left unsatisfied.
