It was very busy today in the store. I did a mobile order, but none of the five workers ever paid attn to me at the pick up counter. I finally had to shout "Excuse me" over the blender noise after several minutes of patiently waiting. I know they were busy, but someone should have acknowledged me.

My suggestion would be, when your employees finish making a mobile order, call out the name on the order if people are standing around in the lobby. I placed a mobile order but also placed an order at the counter (my wife likes light ginger in her toxin flush, but that is not an option in the app). I saw the girl finish making what looked to be my toxin flush (the mobile order) and then put it in the fridge. I then asked if that was a mobile order for Jason. She looked and said yes and gave it to me. Had I not seen her put the drink in the fridge, I could have been there waiting much longer.

Love this location b/c of the friendly staff, but find that service is sometimes slow. I know when I come to this location I expect to be there for about 15 min waiting on one drink. Aside from the wait everything is great! Employees often apologize for the wait and thank me for my patience and are pretty awesome!
