Everything was great except the estimated wait time for two acai bowls was 24 mins. Middle of the week day, 2:20pm order time.
Just struck me as odd as I never needed to wait that long in person.

I ordered a drink online, and expected to pick it up as soon as I got in. The people at the front kept working on finishing their drinks even though there were 3 people in line waiting to order. I think they started taking orders a whole 3 minutes after the first person in line arrived. Not to mention, there were at least 3 people behind the counter. At least one person could have acknowledged the customers.
