Employees were very courteous. I placed my order on the app and got a call that they were out of kale so they wanted to know how to proceed. They handled it professionally and were very nice. Always love coming to this location

The service is always great, but the quality of the drinks and food has declined in the last month. The last two times I’ve ordered the smoothie was bland and had no flavor and the açaí bowl had no taste at all. Not sure what changed.

I added dates to to my smoothie and they were chunky. They were clogging up the straw. Maybe blend those first so you ensure consistency? I don't like needing to eat a smoothie...

Every time I visit the Woodbury, Irvine location it's a challenge. I order online but it's still a 20 min wait AFTER the ETA in the app which means a total of 40 mins from the time I place the order. I know the young guys and gals there are working hard and doing the best they can but they're not trained w the very basic service etiquette of just a simple hello or thank you. They're so stressed fulfilling orders they can't even look up at the customers. Saying hello, thank you for waiting, etc could at least diffuse everyone's impatience waiting in line. Plus, on my last trip, I ordered two soft serves in the app, and then when I got there, the gal said the store doesn't have it. Please disable in the app what is not offered in the store then. The store is a mess too; I question the sanitation as a result. Not trying to blame the employees. They're juggling the best they can, but management has to help them w proper training and wait times. Outside of Woodbury, I've only been to Quail Hill, Irvine and Huntington Beach stores and have not experienced the same issues. Thank you.
