The team members at the Nektar Square in Irvine are not attentive to customers. When you walk in to either pick up an order or place a new one at the register, it often takes a long time for the employees to notice you or acknowledge that you are waiting. This can be very frustrating, especially when you are picking up an order made in advance and go to the pick-up counter without being acknowledged. Employees frequently have their backs turned to customers. Even if they are busy making a smoothie, they should show the courtesy of saying, "Hi, I'll be with you in a minute." Additionally, when I went to pick up my smoothie today, the guy making it was wearing AirPods. On top of the noise from the blender, he was listening to music, which further blocked out any chance of hearing or helping customers.

They were very quick second time going i got a pb&j smoothie for protein. It was really good way better than I expected. A must try.

Only reason for 5 stars is because i placed an online order for the seasonal drink the Spiced Golden Apple Smoothie and was looking forward to it! When I arrived i was notified that they did not have the ingredients for the smoothie and needed to pick an alternate drink.
It would have been nice to receive a call after my online order was placed to see if i wanted to cancel the order and replace my drink.
Besides this one time my experiences have been great

What an absolute treat to have this near you. Having a sensitive stomach really is a burden but this place seems to have an answer for everything. Their bowls and their smoothies are amazing

Got a smoothie there yesterday and it was a waste of money, just tasted like water and chocolate, I think they rushed it and maybe forgot to add more items because it was the lunch hour.
