Always great service at this location, super friendly staff and consistently good bowls and smoothies.

There was no mango in the smoothie. I added mango to my pink flamingo.

Just a few notes: I scheduled for 9:30am delivery but received text that delivery was to arrvie before 9:00am. I called the store and I believe they asked the delivery person to arrive later. When the items arrived, the parfaits were not as cold. The individual parfaits were placed in holders that held 4 each. They were placed in a large bag from "The Stand" restaurant, which is not ideal as we don't know what was previously in the bag. I think maybe the store can provide larger bags for the driver to hold larger orders (in our case 20 parfaits + 1 smoothie) so that the driver does not have to make mulitple trips during the drof-off. We loved the food and service from the store and driver were great as well.

My first experience with Nekter and it was great. I had a smoothie that definitely lived up to my expectations.

Friendly service, and of course the smoothies are always great, but mobile order pickup service always seems to be an afterthought. The people working there are (understandably) busy taking orders at the register and making orders, but as a result, it often occurs that you can be waiting several minutes to pick up a mobile order until someone happens to notice you waiting. It would help to have one position on each shift in charge of proactively monitoring for customers coming in and heading straight to the pick up area for mobile orders, especially at peak times of the day.

Love love love Nekter. Staff is super friendly as usual and the smoothies are always perfectly made.

I came in for a smoothie, but the service was really poor. No greeting when I walked in, and the slender white girl who helped me had a mean attitude. I couldn’t find the juices on the menu because I didn’t have my glasses, and when I asked for help, she just vaguely pointed at the board. When my drink was ready, they didn’t even say anything. Both employees looked like they didn’t want to be there. This place seriously needs to train their staff on basic customer service—starting with simply greeting customers. I won’t be coming back.

App was not updated to reflect there was no chocolate to make the 2/3 smoothies ordered. Therefore, I arrived to be told I needed to pick out different drinks. App should be updated or app should be able to notify me to update my order. When one does mobile ordering we are in a rush and don’t need unexpected surprises. The gentleman apologized and made my drinks as soon as possible.

No one greeted me despite two employees walking through the front area and only after waiting several minutes standing at mobile pickup did someone come to ask if I had an order. It was sitting in the fridge just waiting. No one was making smoothies and one girl was just taking orders, no long line or anything so they should be educated in greeting people, making them feel welcome, and asking if they need anything instead of just standing around or walking into the back, back to the front, back to the back, etc. in silence. The smoothie was delicious.

My smoothie didn’t have any dates. AB health nut should have dates, but mine didn’t.
