My experience ordering smoothies has been great! Unfortunately, I haven’t had the same experience with the bowls. I will continue to visit because the quality is great!

This particular location always shorts you on the ginger shot amount. The other locations give you a true shot filled most of the way up. This location is not even half filled... very sad since they are down the street. I only go to locations other than this one.
Mobile order experience was great. My order was ready and in the fridge before I even arrived. Nice touch.

Ordered on line. I made myself known when I arrived in the store. They were in the process of making my smoothie so I stood aside. Instead of notifying me when it was ready they put it in the fridge. 5 minutes later one of the servers asked me what I was waiting for. I told her and she went to the fridge and pulled it out.

Attendees know me by name and address my order before I even reach the counter. Today the attendee said "Manny I was planning on finishing your order before you arrived. I have one juice left." Mind you I had only place my 5 drink order 10 minutes prior to me arriving to the location.
